CHILD FARE: A child passenger is one
who has not reached his/her 12th birthday on
the date of commencement of travel and will
be charged 67% of the applicable adult fare.
Children of 12 years of age and over will
pay the full applicable adult fare.
INFANT FARE: An infant is one who
has not reached his/her 2nd birthday and who
is not occupying an individual seat. He/she
will be charged 10% of the adult applicable
fare.
STUDENT FARE: A
student below age of 25 holding a valid
student I.D. Card from the respective
Institute can avail a discount of 30% on the
Druk Air fare.
EXTRA CHARGES/FEES
Passenger Service Fee (PSF)
: All the passengers embarking out of
India will be charged PSF of US Dollar 5.00
or equivalent for all Ngultrum or US dollar
fares without any exception to any kind of
passengers.
Insurance Surcharge (YQ):
Charge US dollar 5.00 or equivalent per
segment. YQ will apply to all passengers
regardless of class of travel and type of
fare. YQ also apply to all free and
discounted tickets.
Fuel Surcharge (YR):
Charge US dollar 5.00 or equivalent per
segment. YR will apply to all passengers
regardless of class of travel and type of
fare. YR also apply to all free and
discounted tickets.
Departure Airport Tax from Bhutan: Airport tax of US
$ 18.00 will be charged together with the
airfare at Paro Airport.
Departure Airport Tax from Bangkok: Airport tax of US
$ 20.00 will be charged together with the
airfare while entering Bhutan at Bangkok
